The Family Farmhouse Brewery
A talented brewmaster and design savvy marketer set out on their own to transform their rustic and rural Texas family ranch into a destination brewery. Partnering with artist Graham Franciose they needed a brand identity and packaging design system to marry original art with their unique farmhouse craft beer creations.
For Roughhouse Brewing, we created an identity system that captures their authentic, family-run essence by balancing rustic charm with craft precision.
Inspired by their Hill Country landscape and limestone cave aging process, we incorporated organic textures and earthy tones throughout the brand. The packaging celebrates each beer's distinct character while maintaining a cohesive family feel through hand-drawn illustrations and thoughtful typography.
At the heart of the identity is Graham Franciose's distinctive artwork.
His dreamlike yet grounded illustrations become the emotional anchor of the Roughhouse experience, creating an immediate sense of place that complements their brewing philosophy..
